Our Team

André Gill brings 18 years of admissions and enrollment management experience, which he has worked at the secondary, post-secondary, and professional school levels.

He began his admissions career at the University of Michigan right after the U.S. Supreme Court Decision that diversity in admissions was in jeopardy. While there, he was instrumental in recruiting one of the most significant, most competitive, and diverse first-year classes in the University’s history at the time.

Shortly after completing his M.B.A., he began working for Stratus Group Consultants. André was instrumental in improving the diversity climate of several major institutions by providing services to students, faculty, and staff through surveys, workshops, recruitment initiatives, and other innovative strategies that promote diversity and inclusiveness.

André moved to Boulder, Colorado, where he worked at the Leeds School of Business. There, he developed outreach programs, marketing, and communication plans for undergraduates and young professionals and achieved 100% enrollment for all programs. 

While living in Chicago, André worked for G.C.E. Lab School as Director of Admissions and Enrollment. He currently owns Gill André Gill and brings 18 years of experience in admissions and enrollment management across secondary, post-secondary, and professional school levels.

Andre is married to Sydney, a beautiful woman, and they have a daughter. He holds a B.A. in History and an M.B.A. in finance.
